Buddy press group trouble

    Hello everybody and thanks by adavance
    I have just installes buddypress 2.3.3 on a wordpress 4.3 on a local website with wamp. The website looks ok but i have got a trouble with creatin a group in buddy press. i’m told that the URL /website/groupes/create was not found on this server each time i want to create a new group. What happened ??
