Buddy Press Add On – blocked users issue

I’m using the BuddyPress add-on (and I need BuddyPress so users can block other users to comply for app store publishing).

However, when a user blocks someone in BuddyPress, the comments in Wpdiscuz (old and new) are still visible to them. I’ve been trying to get this ‘feauture’ to work for weeks and really hoped this would be the solution, but is there no way to do this?
