    None of them seem to be working. I submitted several tickets via several of the various advertised methods, some 48 hours ago and have not even received an acknowledgement of receipt for any of them. No, they are not in SPAM folder.

    The core seemed to work, so I plunked down the 200 for the extensions bundle, which is full of BS, Buggy Stuff.

    The email campaign plugin download link is 1.n, not 2.n. as advertised.

    Incomplete tasks appear as complete, when viewed on the contact’s TASKS tab. this defeats the purpose of CRM.

    Task times do not appear appropriately in several places. For example, a task scheduled for “29 January 2020 10:15 AM – 29 January 2020 10:30 AM” shows as 4:15 on the TASK Scheduler, weekly, day and list views, basically everywhere. My time zone in WP is set to Chicago USA. This is GMT-6, basicly the control that is used to pick the time when tasks are created is not adjusting for BS time when saving the task. The times are off by 6 hours.

    Sending campaign email via SMTP works, but you’d never know it by looking at the screen, it hangs with an error 88 and spinning hourglass.

    The documentation has real issues…

    I am sorry that you may have had a delay with your ticket response, we’re doing our upmost to work on the queue but there are occasionally fluctuations in the volume.

    V2.0.1 Mail campaigns is available to bundle holders as a beta, we’re finalising the formal release now.

    This is a bug in the core, which now that you’ve reported, we should be able to fix in next week’s update.

    I’ve logged this, again, and that’ll get fixed within the next two updates.

    Where are you seeing error 88 – I suspect the v2.0.1 Mail Campaign beta would remedy this.

    The latest version, 3.0.12, has fixed this issue. Could you update the plugin to the latest version and let me know if you’re still facing this issue?
