We’ve found the problem, and will be releasing fixes in version 2.4.2 within an hour. * For now, you can regain access to your dashboard if you manually delete the BruteProtect plugin folder via FTP. If you haven’t installed 2.4.1 yet, and your /wp-admin is OK…then you can update to 2.4.2 normally. * [@tomdkat](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tomdkat/) BruteProtect 2.4.2 is a stand-alone plugin (no Jetpack). Per previous postings, BruteProtect is available as a stand-alone plugin until the end of 2015.
