 * I just tried to log into both of my websites admin page and get the same message,“
   WordPress administrator area access disabled temporarily due to widespread brute
   force attacks.”
    Any idea what is going on or how long until I may be able to
   login?

 * Yes, this has been going on all day with many hosting companies due to these 
   attacks on servers. You need to contact your hosting company about what the situation.
