Hello, I’ve installed the change wp-admin login plugin, and for some reason I still get a ton of brute-force attacks on my site. Any reason why it’s still picking it up?

    Hi @luxvideoprod

Thank you for using my plugin.

My plugin is not WAF firewall. It only gives a smaller protection layer by hiding the login URL. If you are log/register/brute force attempt failures on your website you should setup WAF firewall to block those attempts.

There are loads of options that you can do to block the wp-admin from anyone else.
One of the most effective option is setting up rules on the apache or nginx web services to restrict the wp-admin only to your IP address.
