    could you take a screenshot of that page with “Browser: undefined” and either share a link to it here or email as an attachment to asa@wordfence.com?

    Hello Rik0399,
    sorry I never got notified of your reply to this post. The error message you are getting from your email is due to your email client.

    Open Outlook. Select the Account that is causing you trouble and click “Change”. Click “Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) requires authentication” and make sure “Use same settings as incoming mail server” is selected.
