Anyone have any ideas how to make the browser tab display my business name instead of the word “Product”? Thanks!

It looks like you haven’t set a name for your site. Please check your general settings in WordPress.

Thank you, jameskoster, for replying…I have a header on my site, and when I put the information in the general settings, it shows on top of my heading…I have no way to hide or put the info behind the header. Any ideas?

    Hey,

The problem is that you’re using the header image feature for your logo. I’d recommend using the logo feature instead. Activate the JetPack plugin, or the Storefront Site Logo plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/storefront-site-logo/) and you’ll be able to add your logo the correct way. Once added it will replace the site title / tag line in the header.

    Thanks.

Thanks, jameskoster! Will go try that now!

jameskoster…thanks so much…it worked, but the logo image in storefront is so small that it’s really hard to see! Any ideas? The browser tab still has the page it’s showing (Products, My Account, etc), but after that, it has part of my website showing…but the logo is tiny in comparison to the header I had…

After you’ve added a logo you’ll need to set your site title in the general WordPress settings.

The logo is a specific size to leave room for the secondary navigation should you need to use it. You can change that though, with a little css.
