# Browser shows old website

 * I need help with my website!
 * On the iPad it shows an old version.
 * When I use [https://cachedview.com](https://cachedview.com) and ask for a live
   version of the website I get a more recent version, but still an old one.
 * When I browse to my website on my desktop, I really get the last live version.
   But Chrome, Firefox and Edge show als the oldest version.
 * I can’t find the problem and already tried everything.
 * Please help me.

 * if you are using any page caching plugins – consider to clear its caches and 
   recheck its caching settings (clean up on new post etc..)

 * I Installed WP Super Cache. Purged cache.
 * Waited for an hour. Problem stille exists!

 * When I login on my wp-admin-page and I open my webpage, it opens in the most 
   recent version (it doesn’t matter on what device).
 * But when I close the wp-admin-page and refresh the website, it returns to a previous
   older version.
 * Does anyone understand this behavior?
