# Browser screen white out

 * I have just installed the plugin to my site and clicked for it to backup now.
   The browser screen is blank and has been for about 20 minutes so far. Is this
   normal?
 * This is the URL in the broser bar:

   hmbkp_schedule_id=default-1

 * Thats definitely not normal, could you check your error logs, it’s likely that
   the plugin had a fatal error, in which case, I’d love to know what it was.
