    Hi,

I noticed an odditity with regards to the mobile view of a coming soon page. I edit the SeedPro coming soon page for desktop and mobile view with in the plugin. Then I check the page display on my browsers – All was well.

Then I checked the mobile view on my mobile in the vertical position – again it was fine.

Then I chekced the page display on the mobile in the horizontal position – and noticed that the bottom of the page was missing ( such as text blocks, buttons and other).

I am unsure if it’s a code issue, or my past developer’s work.

Is this something that has occurred before and how can I solve it?

    Thanks Sergiev,

@sergiev Can you share with us a screenshot? One solution for that is using CSS code.

I can’t seem to attach an image to the thread.

Could you expand on the CSS solution? I am a little unfamiliar with the code? what would I be looking?

    Thanks @pmkabenta

    Hi Polall,

I apologize for the delay. Please, let me know if you received the image. I also ran some other tests and noticed some collumn boxes on the page that I wasn’t aware of. I deleted them and check the page display on my browser and obtained the same result.

Would you want me to copy some of the code and send it to you as well. Again, i think this is an isolated issue.

    Kind regards,

    Sergiev

    Hi Pola11,

I sent it in via email because the site your provided did accept the file format. So, I sent it as a pdf.

    Thanks,

@sergiev As checked, we don’t received any email coming from ohoyfba9u7r0@beconfidential.com

You are correct. I didn’t send the pdf with that email. I only posted this email because i can screen any incoming emails from this communication channel once i recieve an email from SeedProd. I can turn the email off and prevent potential emails from reaching my inbox.

As much as i trust a lot of people. i don’t like posting personal emails on public forums. Most forums only post usernames as opposed to email addresses for security reasons.

You can use that email and I will reply from the email I used to contact SeedProd. Or, if you wish I can send the original email again.

Please, let me know which you prefer.

    Thanks,

@sergiev Before we proceed on that.

Going back to your main concern:

    1. What kind of view do you want to display on your mobile is it vertical or horizontal?

    2. You can use an online screenshot to show us the concern or a video screenshot just blur your website.

Lastly, can you try this troubleshooting first https://www.seedprod.com/docs/troubleshooting/
