Browser May Be Spam Bot

This person attempted to register a new listing on our website and got the message “Browser may be Spam Bot”. She believed that it meant my website was the spambot.

First, how do I make sure that clients in Ecuador can successfully register without being accused of being spambots?

Second, can this message be changed to more clearly reflect that the problem lies with the user attempting to gain access and tell them how to contact us to be whitelisted?
