Hi there!
There is probably some misconfiguration somewhere. In order to help you, could you please share with us a screenshot of the wp store locator settings screen, specifically what happens when you click the “Show response” button (see screenshot for reference).
This usually gives a good indicator on what is going wrong.
Regards,
Hi again,
Thanks for the screenshot. In this case, the specific error is probably displayed in the Javascript console in your browser. You can open the Javascript console pressing F12. Reload the page then, and when you click on “Show response”, there will be more detailed information on the error.
If you don’t want to share those details publicly, you can open a support ticket directly with us.
Regards,
@ebencoreal don’t you think it was a bit of a weird strategy to try and get the developers attention to help them fix your issue by leaving a two star review? Support request go here -> https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-store-locator/.
I checked the support ticket you later opened through the wpstorelocator.co website itself, and your issue seem to have been a combination of a misconfigured API key in the Google API Console and SSL certificate. Neither of which has anything todo with the functionality of the plugin itself.
