# Browser issue

 * I just thought I’d give central another try after a couple of months absence.
 * I installed it, all OK,
    But when I go the page where I entered my shortcode 
   I get this message: “Your web browser lacks capabilities that UpdraftCentral 
   requires, and thus is not supported. Please update your browser to the latest
   version.”
 * This was on Chrome, so I thought I’d try Firefox, same message!
 * Both browsers latest versions on Windows…
 * Don’t tell me I have to use Edge 🙂

 * That’s weird…. not come across that before. You’ve got the latest version, 0.7.2?
 * Do you have any plugins that try to do clever things around cacheing, like removing
   URL query strings? (So perhaps it’s serving up an old version?).
 * Does the same happen if you de-activate all other plugins, switch to a default
   theme, and reload the page?
 * Do your browser have any clever privacy extensions that turn things off? Does
   the same happen in a private window?

 * I just started having the same issue yesterday. I’m wondering how the Original
   Poster worked this out? Does UpdraftCentral work in a Beaver Builder theme?
