# Browser caching issue

 * I use a UM form to let a user select which downloads they would like avaible 
   to them. After they make their selection, the download options then display. 
   But, often I find users can’t see the download options, due to broswer caching.
   Force reloading the page (ctrl+shift+F5) solves this, but I have to tell users
   to do this regularly..
 * Is there any way around this browser caching issue? This must be pretty common.

 * Does your site have any caching plugin or server cache module? If so, please 
   try excluding the UM pages from the cache and see if the issue goes away.

 * Hi, thanks for your prompt reply.
 * I have no caching plugins turned on.
 * Our server uses Litespeed caching, but this is turned off for these pages. I 
   can see that Litespeed is not caching the pages as there’s no litespeed caching
   line in the HTTP header. The only info relating to caching in the http header
   is:
 * “Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0”

 * Please try disabling the UM built-in cache in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings
   > Misc > “Disable Cache User Profile”.
