Hey there @sasanmoradian thank you for contacting us.
Where are you hosting your site? Have you checked with the if they have the mentioned modules enabled? (mod_expires for Apache, ngx_http_headers_module for NGINX)
And, do you have any other caching plugin installed?
Looking forward to your reply.
Jorge.
Hi Jorge,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I hosted my site in Google Cloud. And I installed W3 Total Cache to test first and then I removed it before installing Hummingbird.
Thanks,
Sasan
Hi Sasan,
W3TC usually requires some additional steps to remove it completely, can you check if these steps were followed when you removed the plugin:

Browser Caching is something that is handled by hosting provider, Hummingbird will try to apply the rules to change the caching values, but it’s up to hosting to allow these rules.
Can you check if the suggestion from this page works for you:

Hi Predrag,
Thanks that was helpful.
But how I can Eliminate render-blocking resources?
Thanks,
Sasan
Hi Sasan,
Eliminate render-blocking resources score can be improved by optimizing your files.
You can do this from Hummingbird > Asset Optimization panel by enabling Advanced Mode.
Note that Asset Optimization option in Hummingbird requires a unique setup for each site as it completely depends on the theme and plugins used on the site.
Some of the plugin or theme files don’t handle optimization properly and can misbehave when optimized.
My suggestion when using Asset Optimization is to enable optimization in bulk of 10 files at once, and after every 10 files check your site frontend.
If everything is working fine then you can proceed with the next 10 files.
If you do, however, encounter some issues then go back to Asset Optimization and disable the optimization in last 10 files until you find which one is causing the issue, and then leave that file unoptimized and continue with optimizing rest of them.
Cheers,
Predrag
