 * I was hoping that this plugin would help increase my site speed. I still get 
   the following errors during pagespeed insights run:
 * MOBILE
    1. Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
   2. Leverage browser caching
 * DESKTOP
    1. Leverage Browser caching

 * Please let me know how I can configure the plugin to fix these issues. Thanks
