# Browse function does not work

 * I lost my username for Word Press and was told to look it up with my hosting 
   provider. I looked under the file I was told to but the browse button did not
   work. I got an error message stating that the folder appeared to be empty. Could
   someone tell me what is going on and what I can do about it?

 * Hm, I’m not sure what you’re describing, but it definitely doesn’t sound like
   the right way to recover your username.

 * While following through the above guide, you’ll find your username.
