Browse button disappears in 3.11.0

After updating from 3.10 to 3.11, the browse button disappeared from the importer. I saw in another thread that the admin bar was covering the button, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

I’ve tried it in two different environments in both Firefox and Chrome with the same result. It’s fine when I roll back to 3.10, but it would be nice to use the latest version.
