• Right after install my site became unresponsive and I wasn’t even able to access wp-admin to deactivate the plugin. Had to reboot my instance and rushed to delete the plugin to avoid any more unpleasant surprises.

    To help you investigate, please provide us with the following information:

    Site’s System Status report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. You can redact the url if you would like.

    Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs
