Broken with WP-4.7.2 – No comments show

    Problem appears to be with FB.

    New comments appear + old comments… are just gone…

    So plugin seems to work. It’s FB which appears to have deleted comments for some reason.

    I have more websites with this plugin installed, only http sites shows old comments now, https sites don’t show comments.

    I have the same problem. Since activating SSL sitewide, all my old comments have disappeared. Is there any way to get them back other than deactivating SSL?

    Actually, now that I think about it, my site was SSL when the FB comments were still there. It was AFTER I dumped Optimizepress as my theme and rebuilt the site with Themify that all the comments disappeared. I tested a couple different themes after that (Twenty Twelve and Twenty Sixteen) just to see if the problem was Themify, but that didn’t bring the comments back either. In my case it appears that the problem was that I stopped using Optimizepress. Unfortunately they won’t reply to a support email now unless I fork over their $100.00 annual support fee even though I never plan to use Optimizepress again.
