# Broken – Users do not display

 * Users area of wp-admin indicates 37 subscribers and 1 administrator, “All” users
   indicate there are 43 (37+1 does not equal 43). Administrator displays, all subscribers
   do not display, and is not able to access (or display) any of the subscribers.

 * Hi, is there any news on this? I have the same problem. It’s showing the number
   of users that have been imported, but I can’t see any of them on the users list.
   Can anyone help with this?

 * BTW, this plugin was a disaster. It’s caused far more problems than it’s worth.
 * Try Member’s Import plugin instead at [http://wordpress.org/plugins/members-import/](http://wordpress.org/plugins/members-import/),
   
   it actually works!

   the records manually from the database (MySQL), then importing after.
 * (Any posters… I’ve just turned off the “Notify me of follow up posts via email”
   feature, so won’t know if there are any further posts to this thread).
