Broken Theme…another one

    So I am working from the Thematic framework and am loading a theme called Neuticaplus. The template designer’s instructions says the following:

    1. Download and extract the latest version of the Thematic Theme.
    2. Upload the resulting thematic folder to your WordPress wp-content/themes directory.
    3. Download and extract the Neutica+ Theme.
    4. Upload the resulting neuticaplus folder to your WordPress wp-content/themes directory.
    IMPORTANT! Only upload the neuticaplus folder to your WordPress wp-content/themes directory. Do NOT upload the neuticaplus_1.4.3 folder to the themes directory!
    5. Navigate to Appearance > Themes in the back-end and activate Neutica+.

    However, in #4 it states to only upload the ‘neuticaplus’ folder. The wordpress upload page says to upload the zip file. I did this because the ‘neuticaplus’ folder was not loadable and am now getting the dreaded BROKEN THEME issue and cannot delete it, edit it or add the CSS it so requests.

    How do I proceed to get the desired template up and running?
