# Broken Theme

 * I got the following error installing a WP WOO themes “The parent theme is missing.
   Please install the “inspire” parent”
    I have tried to install with 2 Internet
   explorer and Firefox. Looking forward to hearing from you

 * Use FTP.
    Upload the theme to – wp-content/themes folder then login to your wordpress
   admin panel and activate the theme.
 * If this does not works, then perhaps the theme itself is broken. try getting 
   a fresh download of the theme and try again,
 * from what it looks from the error message is that you are trying to install a
   child theme, in that case, you will require to install the theme framework first..
   once the framework is installed then install the child theme…

 * before installing a child theme, make sure that the parent theme is installed.
 * have you checked that the ‘inspire’ theme is installed?
 * as you are working with commercial themes, please contact the theme seller for
   support.
