BROKEN: Stock control for variable products

Hi,

first of all thanks for your great job!

Unfortunately, after the latest updates, stock management for variable products broke down. Previously, if you turn on “stock management” flag and set the stock quantity on the variation level, clicking on the button to increase the quantity (next to the add to cart button) on the product page, did not allow you to select more products than are in stock. For example, earlier, if you have 5 products in stock, then you can click / set only the number 5 and no more.

But now you can click an unlimited number of times and only when you click “add to cart” the user receives an error about the lack of stock.

With simple goods, there is still no such problem, everything is ok there – it is observed only with variable ones.

I checked it on Storefront theme, so it’s not a my local problem.

Please tell me how can I fix this?
