   select option” has been broken, how to I can fix it? I’m using Salient latest
   version theme.

 * This is a known issue with the latest woocommerce and wordpress, its not theme
   related, But the plugin should work fine its just a display issue, we’ll try 
   to fix this in our upcoming releases.

 * Hi Mofizul,
 * Please enable the first class package and package hold for pickup as well and
   check if you get the rates.
 * If you still do not get the shipping rates please use offline rates in shipping
   rate type and request type as retail rates and see if First class mail works.
