  • Bought $60 premium version of this plugin and wasted my money. This plugin is so broken!!! The dashboard doesn’t work, the plugin effects doesn’t work. Support team is a nightmare!

    I followed up the support team for over 5months and they didn’t bother to solve my problems.

    I want to take a moment to apologize for the trouble. While support is definitely something we pride ourselves with, it’s clear that we missed the mark with you. We will own up to that and once again, we apologize.

    With this in mind, I would like to address some things that I believe are worth clarifying.
    Re. the plugin effects not working. For the sake of context, the issue is with the ‘loading effects’, the rest of the features are working fine. We put a lot of work into stopping bugs from entering production and work just as hard at cleaning up those that do manage to get through our testing and quality checks. But sometimes some still manage to slip past us – we’re only humans after all.

    The bug you are mentioning is one we are aware of and we are working on it. We would never intentionally overlook a bug (or as you put it ‘did not bother to solve my problem’) and are more than willing to fix it. However, please understand that we are a small team fixing bugs and releasing updates takes time.

    Good response @mplusb, I guess sometimes these bugs slip past QC, hopefully the OP’s issue will get resolved soon. For what it’s worth, I have used the free version on three sites now, and I have always had no problems with it, it just works as I expect it too. Good luck with the bug fixing.
