From your description it looks like there are some JS errors on the site. Please run a quick plugin/theme conflict test. Let me know how it goes.
Check also browser console for possible JS errors and what script is causing them.

I am using Firefox. I don’t see any error.
I am not sure if this is the console you mean. But I open it up using “inspect element”

OK, so this is right console but I don’t see anything that could be possibly breaking script.
As for the conflict test please follow those instructions”
1. Theme Test
=> Switch to the default WordPress theme as we know that the default WordPress theme is coded properly. Now check the page in question and see if the issue is still there. Take note if you see a difference in behavior after you have switched the theme. Switch back to the theme you were using.
2. Plugin Test
If the theme didn’t have anything to do with the issue then move on to the plugins section. There are many WordPress plugins out there and not all of them are coded nicely so lets see if you have a plugin installed that is not playing nice.
=> Try to deactivate the all other used WordPress plugins and check if issue still occurs. If its not there – then it means one of the plugins is culprit – so start activating them one by one to see which one is it.

Good day Kasia,
Thanks for your reply and suggestion. I have disabled all plugins (Left only buddypress & buddypress activity plus plugin activated) and running the WordPress Tweenty Sixteen theme. But it seems the problem still persist.
Nevertheless, I do find something funny on the button “add video”.

“Post update” looks clickable and I have no problem to post it without media link.
“Add Video” is grey out, and when I clicked it nothing happen. But if I go to refresh my activity page. I can find it is posted.

I tested that on my lab site and I could not replicate this issue with posts showing only on page refresh.
Is it possible I could check that issue on your site?
About button that is gray – it looks the same on my site but works fine.
