However, none of the videos work. It’s missing thumbnails and when you click the videos nothing happens. Is this because of the Word Press newest version 5.81? This also breaks Regenerate Thumbnails. If so, why are you selling a product that is not working? How can I fix this problem? It breaks embedded video which is one of the listed features. MAS Videos does not have special embed code, it simply uses WordPress’s core embed features. Even if you do not provide warranty with your own product. * Unless you’re willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation from now on (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin or FTP details. * You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access.
