Broken Pictures in WooCommerce
-
Hello,
I am building a simple eCommerce website http://www.otrmotors.com
Actually it is pretty much working, but the pictures appear as broken images. I have been looking for a solution for weeks now, but nothing. I have wasted hours chatting in live support of my hosting service provider and here are the last 2 replys from them:
FIRST LETTER from support…..
Hello,
This appears to be an issue with the code for the timthumb script which is passing the incorrect MIME type when delivering the images, which then causes the browser not to be able to load them.
Resource interpreted as Image but transferred with MIME type text/html: “http://otrmotors.com/wp-content/themes/mio/sp-framework/timthumb/timthumb.pâ¦tent/uploads/2013/12/mustmini.jpg&h=120&w=205&zc=1&q=100&a=c&s=&f=&cc=&ct=”. otrmotors.com/:17

SECOND LETTER from support (after i said I don`t understand a thing they just said..):
Hello,
I understand you wanted clarification of Gabriel’s previous message. The problem stems from the sp-framework in /home1/otrmotors.com/wp-content/themes/mio
The developers of this framework need to fix the code for their script since the script is not sending the correct information. The script is not sending the correct MIME type for those elements and the browsers think that what is being sent is text/html because this is what the script says is being sent.Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for 3rd party scripts installed on the servers. The variety of software available makes it very difficult for us to keep up with all the nuances of their function.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Perhaps anyone can help me.
