Broken on new update

    Since new update my site is now broken. Javascript error prevents me from updating statuses and changing from normal editor to visual editor. No idea how to fix and frustrated as I just set me site up after spending weeks and forgot to back it up just before updating because I am an idiot.

    Members of the BuddyPress community would be glad to help you try to figure out what’s happened, but it’s difficult based on what you’ve said here.

    First, if you know what version of BuddyPress you were running before your “new update”, you can revert to it. Previous versions of BuddyPress are available for download at https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress/advanced/ (see the “Previous Versions” section).

    Second, if you can provide information on the “Javascript error”, it may be possible to help debug the issue. A review on wordpress.org is not the best place to manage this; you might consider opening a ticket at https://buddypress.org/support/
