 * It connects with Slacks webhooks but when and will post in the channel that there
   is a new chat request, but it does not pass along the email or name of the person
   which is rather important.

 * We’ve just released an update with a few changes to it, as well as having tested
   it on WordPress 4.4.2 and WP Live Chat Support 6.0.0. The plugin has worked without
   any issues on our side.
 * Would you mind giving it a try on your side and letting me know if you are still
   experiencing issues with this?
