Broken media library
-
I’m assisting a colleague with a WordPress blog. We currently have a broken media library, in which some pictures are visible and can be included in posts, and others are not. It seems that the ones which are visible were uploaded before my colleague updated from WP 2.7 to 2.8. Any new uploads are not visible.
Using an ftp client I can see that all the files are present, and crucially all have the same permission (644 when uploaded; I changed to 755 with no luck).
Oddly I can assign captions to the “invisible: files, and see the captions in the media library, but not see the images themselves.
As an example, the file
http://juliewuthnow.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/JuliePics-004.jpg behaves normally, but
http://juliewuthnow.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/OF5-Siobhan-Marshall-as-Pascalle-MLS-head-tilted-012.jpg
does not.Any suggestions as to where to look next?
