Broken Javascript menu after upgrade to version 3.3.1

I just updated my WordPress this morning to 3.3.1 and now the javascript menu in a text widget that was in place and working with the BlogoLife theme has disappeared. The widget title is there, but there is no longer a menu visible. Also, a counter that was in my footer has disappeared, but this is not near the concern as the menu that is my WebMall. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
