[SOLVED] Broken image from deleted MonsterInsights plug-in – New Issue with Image Caption Shortcut

    Hello WordPress community,

I wanted to share an update on my previous support request regarding the broken images caused by the deleted MonsterInsights plug-in. I’ve managed to solve the issue myself by updating the caption and description of every image that used the shortcut “#image_title”. After doing this, the broken image error was gone.

However, I still don’t understand how this shortcut was referencing the deleted MonsterInsights plug-in. Now, every time I upload a new image, the same “#image_title” shortcut appears in the caption and description, which I need to manually edit each time to avoid the issue.

Does anyone know how to remove this reference or disable the “#image_title” shortcut from automatically appearing in the caption and description fields for new images? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Thanks so much for updating your post with this information. Can I ask, does this same issue happen when Worth The Read is deactivated?

    Thank you for responding,

I apologize for the confusion – I found this forum through a Google search and saw a similar post here, so I mistakenly created my topic here. As it turns out, this is not the correct forum for my issue. If someone could kindly move my topic to the appropriate forum (i.e., “Plugin: MonsterInsights”), I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
