Broken Images

Having the same issues as a previous post:

I installed live site uploaded images that appear fine in the media library but when they show in the widget the image icon shows a broken image. The box for the image appears but no image appears.

The images are fine in the media library they just won’t go to the rotator plugin. I’ve disabled all other plugins and still no luck?
Any ideas please?
