 * Hi,
 * I expected to test your framework, but it seems broken when trying to generate
   the library. Instead of a zip file, I’m only able to download an html file.
 * I’m on a localhost, and have tested with both “Local by Flywheel” and “Desktop
   Server”.

 * Hi,
 * If there is an interruption during the generation process, you may get a broken
   file. But an HTML file is something unusual.
 * Can you open the HTML file in your browser? There might be an error message.
 * Also, can you try temporarily switch to the default theme and deactivate all
   the other plugins to see if the problem persists?
