# Broken Form

 * We installed the CleanTalk app on another site and for around 4/5 days the app
   did great however the client came back to say that one of their forms breaks (
   Quick Quote) when the plugin is active.
 * It came up with the following message:
 * *** Forbidden. Contains contacts. Message seems to be spam. ***
 * When we switch the plugin off the form reappears.
 * Any ideas what might be causing the issue and how we can stop it continuing?
