Broken bolg

For some unknown reason my blog suddenly stopped working after working perfectly since I reinstalled everything yesterday. I updated and added new content and edited pages all day today without any problem and now the formatting is all gone and I can no longer access my admin page. I have no clue as to what to do.

This is the error message I get:

The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Just prior to the malfunction, I was trying to edit the url to my page on the settings page.

My server is not down because all my other parts of my site are loading.

I’m running the vigilance theme and I reloaded it after the formatting disappeared, but to no avail.
