Sorry to hear that. But it works fine at my end, couldn’t help you out without more details. But some have reported that MSE didn’t work on grid view: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lovely-but-only-seems-to-work-on-media-grid?replies=7, just fyi.

Correct my previous reply, some reported MSE doesn’t work with list view in Media Library.
