  • I started to write this review a year ago but procrastinated hoping things would change.

    I have the paid version of this plugin. Not only does this plugin not work— there is no support even for those of us who paid for it. I’ve waited for a year to get a fix or at least a response letting me know they are aware of the issue and working on it.

    I never write bad reviews but sorry, this is the only thing you have earned. I believe in forgiveness. Please help me change my mind.

    Hi @pcgs51, WP For Church has just been acquired and under new ownership from this week. Thanks for your feedback, its exactly how we felt about it too since we used these products for years. We had the opportunity to take over and i just wanted to let you know support, updates and new products are all making a comeback.

    We are in the process of planning a re-launch which will involve a new website, fixing up of all Sermon Manager bugs, new themes and plugins, new ways to support our customers and more.

    I’m hoping soon you might be able to give the plugin 4 or 5 stars as we work very hard to catch up and sort everything out.

    Have the issues you have been experiencing been resolved since your review? If not please send me an email directly – and i will ensure its looked at.

    As stated before the plugin does not work. Just so we are clear. I can add sermon and make it play but the settings page is a complete white/blank page. So there is no way I can trust it or access all the features.

    So in my situation, nothing has changed. I have requested both support and a refund both here and via direct email too many times. I appreciate that you have purchased the company but I’m pretty much over it and plan to use another solution.

    Sorry to hear about your poor experience, it’s something i take very seriously.

    I really want to make sure your concerns are addressed and issues fixed up, would you be willing to give us (the new owners) a chance? If so, please just send me an email to with some details and maybe even some website logins so i can personally take a look.

    I will also get that refund request processed shortly.
