Broken after upgrade

    Aloha,
    I recently upgraded from Version 1.9.4.5 to 2.0.1.
    The insert button does not work in the tiny MCE editor.

    Also, the custom template no longer works. I see that the templates are custom post types now, but the custom template is not working.

    Here is a sample of the short code that we have on the site:
    [attachments size=custom label=doctitle docid=”371″]

    Any insight would be much appreciated.
