I’m sorry for the inconvenience—the plugin hit a rate limit with Constant Contact services. I have been in touch with them this morning and they were able to increase the limits and get it fixed.

Unfortunately I’m still experiencing issues. I have updated to the 4.1 plugin version and that hasn’t helped either – the signup form still breaks the page. (Nothing associated with it or after it shows up.) ‘Campaigns’ show up now, though.

I played with it some more tonight and was able to get the form to appear properly by turning the Form Styler on and then back off again. However, when I try to test subscription, it gives a 500 error.
