I have since managed to get the Page Layouts but when I try to import the Shopstar Homepage it’s only giving me half the page if that makes sense, it’s completely bypassing the menu and slider…so now I only have half a home page 🙁 I have tried to add the picture for the slider through Elementor but I can’t add the top menu. * [DF](https://wordpress.org/support/users/desireefrancois/) * (@desireefrancois) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13502920) * Do you have a link of your page, so I can have a look what you mean? * Thread Starter [kat21](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kat21/) * (@kat21) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13502931) * Certainly, this is what it looks like [http://fmtartistry.com.au/](http://fmtartistry.com.au/) and this is what I was trying to do through Elementor also [http://fmtartistry.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=185&action=elementor](http://fmtartistry.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=185&action=elementor). I noticed it isn’t an exact layout of the Home page either, the footer isn’t there, is it supposed to be? - This reply was modified 6 years ago by [kat21](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kat21/). * [DF](https://wordpress.org/support/users/desireefrancois/) * (@desireefrancois) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13503035) * If you want: – a topbar with some text – logo area – menu – picture width – and spme boxes for pictures of shoes/bags/ etc * you do it in CUSTOMIZER * Side Identity for name and logo, header media for a full width picture (read wel the red text. * Thread Starter [kat21](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kat21/) * (@kat21) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13503134) * So I can’t use the original Home page and customise it through Elementor that way? When I tried to add the top bar before it looked nothing like the Shopstar homepage. * Thread Starter [kat21](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kat21/) * (@kat21) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13503168) * No that doesn’t work either. I went into Appearance > Customise > Site Identity > Header Media….No luck with any of it!! This was supposed to be an easy theme… * [DF](https://wordpress.org/support/users/desireefrancois/) * (@desireefrancois) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13503216) * It is an easy theme. I work with it a lot. All the themes of ‘outtheboxthemes’ * Your boxes with SHOP – SHOP FRAGRANCE – SHOP SHOES are on the home page. If you go to COSTOUMIZER you can do the rest as I told you. That should work. you can have a look at a website I made: [https://huidzuiver.nl/](https://huidzuiver.nl/) * On all the other pages I worked with the classical way instead of elementor * [DF](https://wordpress.org/support/users/desireefrancois/) * (@desireefrancois) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13503219) * I used multiple pages * Thread Starter [kat21](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kat21/) * (@kat21) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13503241) * I must be stupid because I can’t work it out. I thought that by importing the Home Page template that it would give me the whole page, not half…I’m going to have to request a refund from Paypal because I think I’ve received a broken theme. Thanks so much for your help. It would have been nice for the developers to have support. * [DF](https://wordpress.org/support/users/desireefrancois/) * (@desireefrancois) * [6 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/#post-13503250) * If you mail this to [info@outtheboxthemes.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-648/info@outtheboxthemes.com?output_format=md) * Peter is a very good support. * Good luck.
