• Installed this on a site I am building with OceanWP. Tried to use the Post Carousel block. While it locked good in the editor it was completely broken on the front end.

Submitting feedback on the developer’s site is an exercise in frustration.

    Hello @ottaviano !

    This sounds quite strange!

Just to let you know, we have tested the Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg with all major WordPress themes including OceanWP. We haven’t come across an issue like this and neither have we heard of it from any of our users.

This looks like an issue coming from something else. If you haven’t yet done so, could you please open up a ticket at our support center, so that we can have our developers look into it and help?

I am sure we’ll be able to debug this for you and get things working asap. 🙂

I would also like to add on that we love hearing from our users and take feedback quite seriously. The reason we have a little longer form is to make sure we have everything to try and replicate things at our end. This will allow us to help you faster.

For now, please open up a ticket so that we can take a look and get this working for you. I am sure you are going to love talking to our developers. 😉

Thanks for the reply. I filled out the support ticket, but was unable to attach any screenshots to it.

Seems very stranger because I tested switching the theme to Astra and the carousel block works perfectly. However in OceanWP it does not display correctly on the front end or in the customizer. It does display correctly in the Gutenberg editor.
