 * I works on 3.7 installation without an errors using the Twenty Thirteen theme.
   I did not get any 500 errors either.
 * Which theme are you using and have you tried deactivating all of your other plugins
   to see if it there is a plugin conflict?

 * Yeah, sorry about that. I thought the first post I did about a month ago was 
   for an older version of the same plugin.
 * I use a custom theme that I built with Artisteer, which while great, and works
   with most every plugin I use, could be the culprit.
 * Just found this plugin that works great though…even if it is a bit dated.
