Broke the Post and Page Editors

    These are conflicts we noticed in both version 3.9.2 and 4.0

    1. The Screen Options and Help
    2. Edit URL
    3. The visual and text tabs are unresponsive
    4. Insert Media and a theme specific Insert Template buton
    5. The insert link / remove link buttons in the editor, a theme specific shortcodes button
    6. The clear formatting tool
    7. When inserting a featured image it will take you as far as clicking “Use as Featured Image” but then there is no way back to the post except to use the browers’ back function which results in a blank screen.
    8. Anything that is a link or button in the right hand panel is unresponsive

    I have tested this under more than one users’ login and before and after updating plugins and WordPress.
