    Hi @mrguen,

Sorry to hear about the unfortunate incident.

However, without activating, it is impossible for a WordPress plugin to have any effect, on the website as the code won’t execute. By installation, it is merely copying the plugin files to your site. As such, we can assure you a 100% that this unfortunate incident isn’t caused by our plugin.

@webtoffee One thing is sure it happened as soon as I installed the plugin.

I don’t remember if I had clicked on “activating”. Since I was much surprised, I was confused and can’t really give details.

Anyway the result was Woocommerce not showing on the admin panel, all woocommerce down and the plugin was not showing “active”.

Can it be related to your “WordPress Users & WooCommerce Customers Import Export(BASIC)” that updated yesturday?

    Hi @mrguen,

If there was a fatal error with woocommerce, it will be available in the logs. You can find them in Woocommerce> Status > Logs. Please share the log with us via this link so that we can assist you with the debug.

Yes, there is a log trace. Where can I send it to you?

You can submit it via this forum.

Done. I hope it might be helpful. I installed a load of plugins so it might be complicated to debug.

    Hi,

I am not willing to try to break woocommerce again. Since I don’t have much to provide to you and did not have an understanding of what happened, I can’t say that it was your plugin alone or if there was something else happening at the same time possibly an action on the database…

Sorry for giving a feeback too fast while the situation is not clear.
