    First of all, I purchased a pro license, but hard to get support.

    And now I have a broken site caused by this plugin, this message is displayed EVERYWHERE:

This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information.     Hi @uckydogie,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The message you’re seeing is a PHP notice showing when WP_DEBUG is enabled. We are aware of the issue and are already working on a fix to address it in an upcoming update.

    In the meantime, to prevent the notice from showing on your live site, please disable debug mode by setting the following in your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    I have to delete your plugin because I even can’t access WordPress dashboard!

    Not only I can’t access WordPress dashboard, but I can’t access any documents on my Download page event when tested it with different browser (what my customers will see). This is not acceptable for a paid Pro plugin.

    This is again show how poor support you can get from this plugin. I submitted tickets from your website but received no response, so you like people to complain your product in public!

    I’ve sent you the updated premium version in the private ticket to resolve the issue.

    We’re currently working on releasing an update for the free version as well, it’ll be available soon.
