@bonitomx thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you are experiencing issues. Our team saw that this issue was reported in the support forum and released a fix in our latest version earlier this week (Monday January 16) that resolved this issue for other users.
Please update to use the latest version of the Plugin (V1.0.15) and let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.
